These Terms govern your use of smallgames.online and the games, accounts, leaderboards and related services provided through Small Games.
You may use Small Games for lawful personal entertainment. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and for using the service in a way that does not interfere with other players or the operation of the site.
Some leaderboard and progress features require passwordless sign-in. You must use an email address you are authorized to access. Display names must not impersonate another person, infringe rights, contain unlawful content or be used to harass others.
You must not falsify scores, automate gameplay, tamper with game code or network requests, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with validation systems or use other methods intended to obtain an unfair competitive result. Small Games may reject, remove or investigate results that fail validation or appear manipulated.
Some games allow a completed guest result to be claimed after sign-in. Availability of a pending claim is not guaranteed indefinitely, and an invalid or expired result may not be saved.
Selected game pages may contain third-party advertising. Advertisements and linked destinations are controlled by their respective advertisers and providers. Advertising does not grant an advertiser ownership of the Small Games gameplay or leaderboard experience.
The Small Games name, branding, original game software, original artwork, interfaces and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Games, rules, scoring systems, categories, leaderboards and platform features may be improved, modified, suspended or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of every historical result.
Small Games may rely on hosting, email, advertising and other service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Small Games is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Small Games and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service.
