Small Games operates smallgames.online, an original browser-games platform. This policy explains the information used to operate the site, authenticate players, maintain leaderboards and support advertising on selected game pages.
If you choose to sign in, we process your email address and chosen display name. Email is used for passwordless authentication and account-related communication. Your display name may be shown publicly with eligible leaderboard results.
Depending on the game, we may process game mode, score, completion time, actions, progress checkpoints, timestamps, validation tokens and technical information needed to operate the game, maintain fair leaderboards, investigate abuse and troubleshoot problems.
Our hosting and security systems may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and timestamps. Small Games may hash or otherwise minimize information used for anti-abuse validation where practical.
Essential cookies are used for functions such as maintaining an authenticated session. Local storage may be used by individual games for preferences, local progress or pending score claims. Advertising and measurement providers may use cookies or similar technologies where permitted by applicable law and your consent choices. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
When Google advertising is enabled on selected game pages, Google and other third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, and may use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to collect information as a result of ad serving on this website. These technologies may be used for ad delivery, measurement, frequency management, fraud prevention and related advertising purposes, subject to applicable law and consent choices. Learn more from How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Selected game pages may use Google Ad Manager and Google advertising services. Google and advertising partners may process information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency management and measurement in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Information about Google's processing on partner sites is available at Google's partner sites information.
Where required, a consent message may be presented before non-essential advertising or measurement technologies are used. Consent controls are provided through the applicable consent-management experience. Browser controls can also be used to manage stored cookies, although disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in.
Information is used to provide and secure Small Games, authenticate accounts, save verified results, maintain leaderboards, prevent manipulation, diagnose errors, respond to requests, understand service performance and operate advertising-supported game pages.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, email delivery, security, measurement or advertising. Public leaderboard entries may include a display name and game result. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the service and users.
Account, score and security records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate competitive records, investigate abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by record type.
Small Games is a general-audience service and is not designed to collect unnecessary personal information from children. People who are not old enough to consent to online services in their jurisdiction should use the service with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should not share one-time authentication links with anyone.
Privacy questions and account-related requests can be sent to play@smallgames.online or through the contact page.
